Being a first-time home buyer is both an exciting and stressful time. There are so many players involved that it can be difficult to know who to turn to with your questions.  I feel very fortunate to have had Pam Austin on my side.  At the initial meeting, Pam took the time to go over the package of information that Key Realty provides to home buyers and then we went out and started to look at places.  Pam has a lot of connections in the region which made setting up appointments quick and convenient. 

Once we found the place I wanted to purchase, Pam got me in touch with all the right people – from the mortgage company, to the home inspector to the attorney.  If I did not have someone in mind, Pam had contacts at my disposal. 

I would have no reservations recommending Pam to anyone looking for a realtor.  Not only is she a wealth of information but she makes you feel like her number one priority.  There was never a time I could not contact Pam to get the answer I was seeking.  It is quite obvious to me that realty is much more than a job for Pam – she truly enjoys what she does.
